Electronic Parking Information System for Ellinikon Sports Park, Athens.

Another electronic Parking information system project has been successfully completed by Rousis Systems, this time for the Ellinikon Sports Park in Athens, Greece.

To meet the requirements of this modern sports facility, a large-scale mixed Parking display board was designed and manufactured, combining static signage with electronic LED displays to provide drivers with immediate information about the number of available parking spaces on each level.

Static Signage and Dynamic LED Displays

The display board has overall dimensions of 230 × 150 cm and has been designed to ensure excellent visibility and readability from a long distance.

The static section includes signage for parking levels P1, P2, P3 and P4, together with the corresponding directional arrows, while the electronic section consists of large, high-brightness LED digits displaying the number of available parking spaces on each level.

This combination ensures that fixed information remains permanently visible and immediately recognizable, while variable information is electronically updated in real time.

Ethernet Connection to the Parking Management System

The electronic display board features an integrated Ethernet connection, allowing it to communicate with the central Parking Management System for automatic updates of available parking spaces.

Availability data for each parking level is transmitted to the display board and immediately shown on the corresponding electronic indicators, providing drivers with clear and up-to-date information before choosing which direction to follow.

Designed for Large-Scale Installations

This installation is a typical example of Rousis Systems mixed Parking signage solutions, where conventional static signage is combined with dynamic electronic displays.
